MultiChoice Requirements to Recover wrong DStv GOtv Subscription Payment
Here are the requirements, which when provided ensures you recover your subscription payment done into wrong DStv and GOtv;
- wrong smartcard number (for DStv) or IUC number (for GOtv)
- Correct smartcard number (for DStv) or IUC number (for GOtv)
- The Correct Name on the correct DStv or GOtv account
- Amount which was wrongly paid
- Correct Package (bouquet) you intend to subscribe to
- Date of wrong payment
- Your phone number, believed to be the phone number on the correct account
- Your Email
- Reference number generated when such wrong payment was made. You can see it from the invoice generated (online etc)
- Receipt of payment (paper receipt for physical payment in offices, screenshot receipts or SMS confirmation for mobile transactions.
- Your valid means of identification. In Nigeria, this would mean either your National Identity Card, International Passport or Driving License.
Reasons for Requesting for These Documents in Recovering Wrong DStv GOtv subscription Payment
- The wrong smartcard number (DStv) or IUC number (for GOtv) will help direct MultiChoice to locate where your subscription money mistakenly entered. It is absolutely necessary and serves as the first line of prove that such wrong payment was made.
