  2. Please invite an accredited or skilled installer to track your signals…. if possible, check for spoilt LNB and faulty connections. You can not do it with your bare hands because it requires a satellite finder to track available signals.

  3. Hello everyone. My Startimes decoder is not receiving Signals from the LNB . When I test with the satellite finder, I have signal and ST Guide is Showing. and when I also connect to a free to air decoder, ST Guide shows. Please what could be the problem and how Can it be solved?

My startimes decoder keeps says no signal..it uses and outdoor antenna ..it has worked for one month perfectly but this new month it has totally failed to work..the channels too are grey ,ST Guide doesn’t display anything too…… everything is connected well but the decoder keeps blinking in blue color all time…tried moving the antenna several times but to no avail

  9. My decoder frequently freezes and I have to reboot it every time it freezes and it sometimes refuses to power on and will have to wait for one good hour for it to power on. What could be the problem ???

  10. My decoder have problems while booting. I have to turn it on, wait for the booting process to fail, try again, until it finally loads which is averagely 7 attempts…

  11. Dear Abdu, i am sorry for what hapened to your decoder. However, this is a physically-induced damage that is tantamount to void of warranty. However, do not try to fix it by yourself. Take your decoder to any branch of MultiChoice to rake it in for repairs. For the meantime, you may be given another decoder to be watching pending when yours is fixed.

  12. My startimes decoder usually stop working every 1:00 in the mid night,so I decided to do default settings….unfortunately the decoder started displaying “channel list is empty,please set up the frequency”

  17. You cannot fix the signal problem by yourself. you need a qualified Cable and satellite TV installer to come over and fix it for you. Visit any Cable or Satellite TV office nearby and engage an installer.

  20. This signs reflects the presence of weak Antenna signal or decoder software loading delay. For the signal aspect, get an installer to service and restore full signal…. For the software, ensure your decoder software has been updated to the latest version.

  23. You may have to reset your decoder to default factory settings….but that is not enough. Check to ensure that your signal is still strong. Otherwise, adjust your antenna to improve signal. Lastly, such disappearance could be a downtime on the part of the Starlife channel studio. You may not be able to fix it until their downtime is resolved. Good luck!

  24. Starlife channel suddenly stopped working while watching. The picture just paused. It’s almost 24hours now. I’ve tried to auto search and default settings but the picture just paused.

  25. Startimes Terrestrial has a definite and unique antenna positioning as well as decoder settings. Both must be properly tuned to get a signal. Most often, a trial and error positioning style could eventually strike you a signal. Good luck

  26. Your decoder has experienced a software failure. To fix it, kindly take it to the nearest accredited outlet. Do not attempt to open the decoder by yourself nor take it to an unauthorised technician.

  28. Hallo, since I bought my startimes decorder, I have never used it because it always displays NO SIGNAL message on the blue coloured screen. But when I use my aerial direct to TV WITHOUT using the decorder, my TV received channels…meaning it’s not the direction of the outdoor aerial. But every time I connect through the decorder there is no signal. What is the problem… please advise.
