Startimes Nigeria is a subsidiary of the Startimes Media. This is a Chinese based organization, which provides digital terrestrial television (DTT) network service globally. In 2010, the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA) signed a deal with the Chinese Media partners to establish the Startimes Nigeria TV network service.
