If the decoder has not become a legacy decoder, then it can be restored. To know if it has become a Legacy decoder or restore it back to normal use, please take the decoder to any nearby outlet of your service provider for a “Hard Reset”. This procedure is sure to restore it. When you get there, kindly let them know it has been long you used it lastly. Then they shall take it up from there.
