Brief Job Description

We are a Business Management company seeking the services of an organized Sales and Marketing Associate. The job entails assisting in the advertising and selling of our company’s services. Furthermore, assist to create competitive advantages for our company in the consulting industry.

Responsibilities for the sales and marketing associate Job include;

• Generating unique sales plans
• Creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional articles
• Meeting up with marketing and sales objectives.

Job Duties (Marketing and Sales Associate job)

1. Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
2. Demonstrates service offerings as deemed necessary by clients and management
3. Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
4. Answers questions and inquiries from clients
5. Makes product service knowledge readily available through various resources
6. Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
7. Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them
8. Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
9. Identify and analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
10. Makes product appeal to the target market
11. Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
12. Persists in sales even in the face of despair
13. Work with the Business Intelligence executive in Lead capturing and nurturing.
14. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans. Furthermore, to understand consumer requirements and identifying market trends.
15. Suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
16. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
17. Improve the sales performance and drive revenue growth for the company.

Job Qualifications / Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree (BA, bSc) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years experience in marketing &sales.
