Mailbox says “No mail”
Up and down (select) and left (delete) does nothing. Colour buttons also do nothing.
Remote functions 100% so is not the remote.

Dear reader, when you are inside the inbox, try using the color buttons instead of the arrow direction or number buttons. The color buttons are the white, yellow, green and blue buttons. Try using each button to delete the messages. The right color button according to your decoder will surely delete the mail messages as you press them.
I tried to delete envelope from tv screen using menu then 4 on remote control, but still it does not disappear. is there anything else to do?
