EASY WAY TO CONVERT DSTV DECODER AV OR HDMI SIGNALS, BOOST, SPLIT AND EXTEND IT TO MULTIPLE TVs IN YOUR HOME

For some time now, MultiChoice DStv has been floating new decoder models with no RF IN nor RF OUT ports. However these new HD Zappa 5 Series decoders are modeled to suit modern Smart HD TVs. That is why they are equipped with the HDMI (High Definition Modular Interface) and the AV (Audio / Visual) array ports. These 5-Series decoders also have the Ethernet ports – this implies they have futuristic internet connectivity capabilities which, has to be activated by the DStv service provider – MultiChoice, before such service would be available on these decoders.
Sadly, DStv users who purchased these new model decoders have found themselves in the problems of using these decoders for smart connections like the ExtraViews, connecting one decoder to multipleTVs, and for those who do not have HD TVs, but still depend on the old RF input TVs, it has been a nightmare.
Luckily I recently published a post about the AV / RF Converter. This is a portable device used in converting the AV outputs of your decoder to its RF or Coaxial cable format. This conversion would enable the signal to be used in many or multiple ways and devices and over longer distances. However good this converter may be, it suffers two major challenges – it does not boost signals and there may be signal frequency interference where two or more devices are involved.

The Powerful AV / RF Modulator and Transponder for your DStv Smart Connections

The DStv AV / RF Modulator and Transponder is compact in design, converts AV signals to RF or Coaxial, boosts Audio / visual quality and transmits signals over a reasonably long distance to multiple TVs while maintaining super clarity. Although this device is mostly employed in DStv decoder connections, it can also be used in any other type of TV signal connection – satellite, cable or terrestrial connections. The DStv Transponder or modulator can be very helpful to those who live in large houses like duplexes, flats, multiple rooms, who may wish to connect all the TVs in their home to decoder signals over long distances.

Prevents Frequency Jamming or Interference from multiple Decoders

In a connection that involves two or more decoders whether DStv or other pay-TV services, there are usually problems of frequency jams, signal clashes and interference. This arises from the fact that every decoder transmits its signal on a particular frequency.
If you had ever had an ExtraView setup or multiple decoder connections like in a Hotel TV setup, you would have noticed that sometimes channels showing from a particular decoder would strike out channels coming from another decoder or make it appear unclear. This is called signal interference.
The DStv Transponder / Modulator ensures that such interference do not occur by filtering signals and transmitting them in specific frequencies irrespective of how close the two frequency signals may be.
For instance; assuming two signals are transmitted at 400 MHz and 401 MHz, there would be signal interference without a Modulator or Transponder. However the two signals come out clean, distinct and clear when you use the Modulator or Transponder Device.

The Modulator / Transponder is a sure way to ensure that all channels or programs coming from multiple decoders like in an ExtraView, are all received clearly in all the multiple TVs connected in your home.

SHOCKING DISCOVERY! INFRA-RED IR LIGHT SOURCES CAUSE INTERFERENCES THAT CAUSE DSTV EXTRAVIEW "NO COMMUNICATION FROM PRIMARY DECODER", E143-4

Tue Sep 18 , 2018
Have you ever had your DStv decoder malfunction that has defiled all solutions? Maybe you have changed your DStv wires, called in several installationand service technicians, taken the decoders for possible repairs yet, the problems persisted? The solution is simple – a simple light turned off might resolve all those decoder malfunctions. Cable and satellite TV technology engineers have uncovered some shocking revelations that infra-red light sources affect your DStv decoders as well as other TV decoders, causing them to malfunction. This effect is known as the IR Interference. There are many infra-red emitting light sources always around us, which […]
