EXTRA CHANNELS ON DSTV AND GOTV. ARISE NEWS LAUNCHED

BREAKING NEWS: Another new channel has been launched and added to the digital cable and satellite TV platforms of GOtv and DStv respectively. The newest channel is known as ARISE NEWS channel.

Are you a lover of world news, continental news, national and local content news?, ARISE NEWS channel has finally come to satisfy your urge. This new channel shall bring latest world news with a broad framework of all-round news coverage from all around the world. It shall features news in every category of life including politics, arts, socials, business, commentaries, documentaries, science and technology and so on. Here are few other extra channels added on DStv and GOtv which you don’t know about.

ARISE NEWS channel shall compete with popular news networks such as CNN, Al jazeera, BBC, EuroNews and so on. I believe when it comes to news, coverage can never be sufficient because at any point in time, news break in every part of the world. This new channel shall add to the rich varieties of news channels on DStv and GOtv platforms.

Speaking at the launch of the newest news channel, the Managing Director of MultiChoice Mr. John Ugbe emphasized that ARISE NEWS shall be on DStv channel 416 and GOtv channel 44 respectively. He added that the new channel shall join and compliment other news channels like SKY NEWS, BBC, CNN, Al Jazeera, CCTV and Bloomberg on MultiChoice’s digital TV platform.

However, we have not been informed if this new channel shall be opened to all level subscribers including Premium, Compact Plus, Compact, Family and Access Bouquets on DStv and GOtv. Let us recall that MultiChoice is the parent company that powers DStv as their digital satellite pay-tv service and GOtv as a sister digital video broadcast (terrestrial) TV service. The Multinational company is reckoned the best in Arica and has its continent’s largest market in Nigeria – sources revealed.
